I have always had a love for movement, embracing various forms of physical activity for many years. In 2019, after practicing Yoga regularly and inspired by my passion, I became a certified Yoga Instructor, following my husband’s thoughtful gift of Teacher Training for my 50th birthday. With 15 years of experience as a Wellness Coach, I am passionate about guiding others on their personal health and wellness journeys, fostering a sense of community along the way. I believe in the transformative power of movement and mindfulness, and I am dedicated to helping others achieve their wellness goals.
