Yoga Nidra, often called “yogic sleep,” is a guided
meditation practiced while lying comfortably.
This deeply restorative practice helps calm the nervous
system, reduce stress, improve sleep, and promote a
sense of peace and well-being.
No yoga experience or physical movement is required.
Wear comfortable clothes. Feel free to bring a blanket,
eye pillow, etc.
